6 Core Protection Tools

Responsible gaming features tk999999 provides for you

Deposit Limit Setting

You can set in advance how much money you will deposit each day, week, or month. This prevents playing beyond your budget. After a limit is set, lowering it takes effect immediately; a specific cooldown period applies before it can be increased.

Session Time Limit

Set how long you will play in one session. Once the set time has passed, you will automatically receive a warning. Long sessions increase the risk of mental fatigue and financial loss — so taking a break at the right time is important.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a complete break from gaming for a period, choose self-exclusion. You can suspend your account for 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. During this time, you will not be able to log in or make deposits.

Time-Out Option

Need a temporary break? Activate a time-out from 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 weeks. During this time, access to your account will be blocked. It is an effective way to clear your head and make decisions calmly.

Gaming History and Reality Check

You can view your betting history, win and loss records, and total spending at any time. Review your own records regularly — it is one of the most effective habits for responsible gaming.

24/7 Support and Guidance

If you feel gaming is becoming a problem, contact our Bengali-speaking live chat support team. They will help you take the right steps with full confidentiality.

FAQ: Responsible Gaming

Answers to common questions about responsible gaming

You must be at least 21 years old to play at tk999999. Age verification is mandatory during registration. Any account belonging to a minor will be permanently closed. Following this rule is important both legally and ethically.

Yes, but there are some restrictions. Lowering your deposit limit takes effect immediately — this is for your protection. A request to increase the limit will take effect only after a cooldown period has passed, so that decisions are not made impulsively.

Once self-exclusion is active, logging into your account, placing bets, or making deposits is completely blocked. You will also not receive promotional emails or communications during the exclusion period. To reactivate your account after the period ends, you will need to contact the support team.

No. Betting and casino games are designed for entertainment, not regular income. There is always a chance of losing in every game. Those who see it as a primary source of income often end up in financial and mental distress. Always remember — only play with what you can afford to lose.

If someone you know is struggling with excessive gambling, start by having an open conversation with them — with empathy rather than criticism. Encourage them to use tk999999's self-exclusion or time-out features. If needed, contact our support team — we also guide family members.

A time-out is a temporary break — from 24 hours to a few weeks. It is suitable when you just need a light pause. Self-exclusion is longer and stricter — the account is fully closed for 30 days up to a permanent period. If the problem feels serious, choose self-exclusion.
